Complete Property Management

As your property management company, we deal with resident issues, collect common charges, maintenance or rent, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and regularly inspect the properties we manage.  We meet with the board of directors on a monthly basis, speak with the Superintendent on a daily basis and calls or e-mails from residents are returned within one business day.   Queens, Brooklyn & Manhattan Property Management, Co-ops, Condos, Apartment Buildings, & Commercial Real Estate. You get peace of mind knowing your investment is in good hands. 

Cloud Based Software

You are mobile and so are we!  The property owner or treasurer can approve payment of invoices, residents can pay their common charges, maintenance or rent, and the board of directors can review reports on the fly…from any device!   We provide complete transparency.

City Rules & Regulations

As your property management company, we deal with resident issues, collect common charges, maintenance or rent, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and regularly inspect the properties we manage.

Accounts Receivable

Residents can choose to pay their Common Charges, Maintenance or Rent online or via USPS.  They can also view their account balance and payment history anytime through our online resident portal.

Boards and Building Owners can choose which bills to pay and when to pay them or have us automatically pay routine service agreements and/or other expenses under a set amount.  Regardless of the method, all bills are carefully scrutinized by the property manager assigned to your account before any payments are made and a full report of paid and outstanding bills are distributed to Boards and Building owners every 30 days.

Staff Management

Whether your building is fully staffed, partially staffed or “other”, we pride ourselves in making sure there is an established chain of command to help ensure your staff always has a clear understanding of their responsibilities, how to express any difficulties they may have, and  provide an effective environment for conflict resolution, should the need arise.  Our approach is friendly and effective. 

Small Accounts/No Staff

If you need assistance with only rent collection, payment of bills, or part-time janitorial services, we may be able to offer a smaller basket of services that fits your needs.
